The model who bares his/her name and signature within this statement, agrees to have his/hers profile uploaded and advertised on www.jpadultmodels.com for work within the adult industry. Work may include:- Porn acting, nude / explicit photo shoots, and solo work for magazines, DVD or Websites etc. There is no such thing as full time work in this industry, however from time to time models are needed.

Models are advised that the website is of an Adult nature, and freely give his/hers consent to be advertised. It is entirely up to the model if he or she would like their face pictures to be shown on the website – it is not mandatory – a body picture/s of the model and details is a must with a stage name if desired, so that companies can view the picture gallery of the models that they are interested in.

It is by Australian law, models regarding adult nature, must produce one form of personal I.D. as proof of age (ie: passport / drivers license / proof of age card) which will be stapled to this signed declaration.
